Apply for a New Account

Dear Customer,

As per RBI directives, the list of accounts that have been unclaimed / inoperative for 10 years or more with the bank is appended below.

In case, if your name is mentioned in the list, then please visit your Dhanlaxmi Bank home branch with the following documents for claiming
the balance amount in your account:

  • Service Request Form for activating the account, duly filled and signed by all the account holders
  • Any account related supporting document such as passbook, cheque book, deposit receipt etc to substantiate your claim
  • Original KYC documents, as acceptable to the bank, for identity and address proof
