  1. What is Dhanlaxmi Bank Payment Gateway?
    It is a facility that enables you to pay bills, book air tickets or shop online from biller / merchant website at your own convenience from your home or office.
  2. Is this secure?
    Yes, the payment gateway uses highest level of encryption available (i.e. 128 bit SSL) for transactions on the net.
  3. Who can avail this facility?
    This facility is available to Retail Internet Banking customer of Dhanlaxmi Bank having Savings or Current Account.
  4. Is this facility available to a proprietor holding a Dhanlaxmi Bank Current Account?
    No. This facility is only available to Individual Current Account holders.
  5. What are the requirements for using the payment gateway?
    You need to have a Dhanlaxmi Bank NetBanking ID, Login password, Transaction Password and your bill details.
  6. Is there any charge levied by Dhanlaxmi Bank for this facility?
    At present, there are no charges levied for this facility.
  7. Do I get a confirmation after making a payment?
    Yes, you will receive an online confirmation along with a transaction ID on the biller / merchant website.
  8. What billers/merchants are available presently?

  9. Whom shall I contact in case of non-delivery of any purchases?
    In case of any non-delivery of your purchases, you need to contact the respective merchant with your Merchant Reference Number.
  10. I am a Retail Internet Banking Customer of Dhanlaxmi Bank. Do I need to inform Dhanlaxmi Bank to avail this facility?
    No. You can use your current NetBanking ID and Passwords for this facility.
  11. Is there any payment limit for using this facility?
    One Time Limit is INR 50,000 and Daily Limit is INR 50,000.
    One Time Limit means maximum amount permissible for one transaction.
    Daily Limit means maximum amount permissible in a day irrespective of number of transactions.
  12. Is this facility available with Dhanam Simple Account?
    There is no Internet Banking facility available for Dhanam Simple Account, hence Dhanam Simple Account holder cannot use the payment gateway.
  13. Is this facility available with a Foreign Currency Account with bank?.
    No. This facility is available with bank account in INR currency only.
  14. Will I receive an SMS from Dhanlaxmi Bank after each transaction?
    As per Bank’s SMS service, SMS will be sent to customers registered for mobile banking, for transactions above INR 2,000. To register for mobile banking service, please visit your nearest branch.
  15. I am an NRI Customer. Can I use this facility?
    Yes, this facility is available to NRE (INR currency) or NRO account holder.
