Inoperative Accounts

Dear Customer,

As per RBI directives, the list of accounts that have been inoperative for more than 2 years but less than 10 years with the bank is appended below.

In case, if your name is mentioned in the list, then please visit your Dhanlaxmi Bank home branch with the following documents for converting the account as operative account:

  • Service Request Form for converting the account, duly filled and signed by all the account holders
  • Original KYC documents, as acceptable to the bank, for identity and address proof
